Wastin' away again in Margaritaville

Kissimmee, Orlando/Florida.

Tonight we send a big HELLO and a bunch of hugs to our family/friends in Royal Oak, Michigan and Somerville, Ohio! Whasssuuuupp…?

As you can see, we finally made it to Orlando – and to the Magic Kingdom of Hell. People down here are right: Mickey is a rat. But it’s not all bad here in Orlando. Today we were at a big Flea Market, had a great breafkast (*lol*) at the Waffle House and spent a lazy afternoon at our hotel pool. Actually we wanted to go to Al Capone’s Dinner Show (all you can eat and drink), but we were not that hungry, so on our way to the restaurant we decided to visit the Universal City Walk instead. It is the nightlife district on the Universal grounds and – unlike Disney’s Downtown – there is no entrance fee. (See? That’s why they call it the rat!)

The City Walk was awesome, they got lots of bars there, the world’s largest Hard Rock Café and also “Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville” (we took a bunch of napkins, they’ll match with the ones we took from Toby Keith’s Bar). We had some Margaritas (of course) and the band played a good mix of Country, Oldies and Rock Classics. It was a great night and “good times never seemed so good”…

Maybe tomorrow - depending on the weather - we´ll visit the Universal Studios, but we're definitely through with Disney!

Hope you're all doing fine, Love from the Sunshine State,

Barbara and Earl
(the receptionist at our hotel thought John was the guy from "My name is Earl")

Und für unsere "Fans" zu Hause: alles wieder im Lot auf unserem Boot, wir sind wieder mit Orlando und der Welt versöhnt!
